The Fun of Liquid Nitrogen in Food!

One of the most fun tools for any modernist chef is liquid nitrogen. Using this sub-zero liquid, you can do some amazing things with food. In it's liquid state it can be -320 degrees F! This extreme temperature gives us the ability to do amazing things with food. Just about any other liquid will immediately freeze when submerged in it, even alcohol!
