Finally one of Colorado's best foods is here. Palisade peaches are some of the best peaches in the country! They are juicy sweet and delicious. If you haven't had them yet this season, you are missing out. Not can you eat them right when they are picked, but they are an amazing ingredient for any chef. There are many recipes that you can use them in. Of course , they are great in desserts. Peach pie, strudel, and ice cream are amazing, but peaches jubilee is the best! Palisade peaches sauteed in butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg then set ablaze! Serve this delectible dish over ice cream. It doesn't get any better than that!
